The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Psary Commune By The Contractors Transport (Two Vehicles), Consisting Of Delivery And Pickup, Together With Care Of Children And Students, To Educational Institutions In The Psary Commune, I.E. To: A) Primary School In Dąbie, Ul. Pocztowa 39, 42-504 Będzin, B) Primary School In Gródków, Ul. Leśna 2, 42-575 Gródków, C) Primary School In Psary, Ul. Szkolna 32, 42-512 Psary, D) Primary School In Sarnów, Ul. Szkolna 5, 42-512 Sarnów, E) Primary School In Strzyżowice, Ul. 1 Maja 17, 42-575 Strzyżowice, F) Public Kindergarten In Psary, Ul. Malinowicka 16, 42-512 Psary, G) Public Kindergarten In Sarnów, Ul. Szkolna 5A, 42-512 Sarnów, H) Public Kindergarten In Strzyżowice, Ul. 1 Maja 17, 42-575 Strzyżowice.2.The Service Includes: A) Transport And Pick-Up, As Well As Care For Students And Preschoolers On School Days. Transport Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, From 6:45 A.M. To 8:10 A.M. And From 1:00 P.M. To 4:00 P.M., In Accordance With The Routes Established By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Change The Transport Routes Or Hours If This Results From: The Organization Of Work Of Educational Institutions, The Need To Designate A Detour Or Other Circumstances Affecting The Organization Of Transport, B) Transport And Return Of Students And Preschoolers To Interschool Competitions And Competitions. The Contractor Will Be Notified About The Date And Route No Later Than Three Business Days Before The Event.3.Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Mentions An Educational Institution, It Should Be Understood As A School, Kindergarten Or Other Unit To Which The Child Is Transported As Part Of The Order.5.A Full, Detailed And Exhaustive Description Of The Subject Matter And The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Is Described In: 1) Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz), 3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), 4) Answers To Questions Provided During The Tender Procedure (If Applicable), All Of The Above.
