The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Social Service In The Field Of Serving The Public In Exhibition Halls, Making Available And Maintaining Exhibitions In Nmm Branches, In Real Working Conditions In A Cultural Institution, Under The Supervision Of A Supervisor. The Service Includes Recruitment And Preparation Of Staff, Training, And Social And Professional Integration Of Participants.2. The Maximum Scope Is 44,440 Man-Hours Of Work Of Audience Service Staff. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Use Of 30,000 Man-Hours. The Remaining 14,440 Man-Hours Depend On Actual Needs. One Man-Hour Means 60 Minutes Of Work By One Person. This Is Not The Number Of Opening Hours Of The Facility.3. Settlement Is Based On One Hourly Rate, Common For All Locations, And The Actual And Approved Man-Hours. The Rate Includes All Implementation Costs, Including Recruitment, Training, Supervisor, Coordination And Replacements. The Training And Work Time Of The Coordinator Does Not Constitute A Separate Pool Of Hours To Be Paid.4. The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of The Service Are Specified In Annex A - Opz And Annex No. 8 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
