Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Batteries For Company Vehicles - Framework Agreement

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Batteries For Official Vehicles Carried Out In The Form Of A Framework Agreement For Official Vehicles Used By The Kwp In Katowice And Local Units And Organizational Units Subordinate To The Kwp In Katowice. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Five (5) Contractors Whose Offers Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Law And Will Receive The Highest Number Of Points Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Section Xx Of The Swz. If Fewer Offers Are Submitted, But Not Less Than Two (2) Offers That Cannot Be Rejected, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors Who Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Act. If Fewer Than Two Offers That Cannot Be Rejected Are Received, The Ordering Party Will Invalidate The Procedure Pursuant To Art. 258 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Informs That After Concluding The Framework Agreement, It Will Award Partial (Executive) Orders Successively Depending On The Needs And The Obtained Financial Resources For Implementation, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order Specified In The Framework Agreement, After Conducting A Competitive Procedure Pursuant To Art. 314 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. After Signing The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Each Time Order The Subject Of The Order From The Contractor From Whom A Given Battery Will Have The Status Available Or In Stock, Etc., And The Cheapest One On The Contractors Online Sales Platform. Details Are Included In Section Iv Of The Swz. Purchases Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Orders Placed Successively According To Current Needs, And Unit Prices Of Batteries Will Be Determined Using The Contractors Online Sales Platform Based On The Framework Agreement In Accordance With Section 3.1-3.7. Section Iv Swz. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Its Own Publicly Available Online Sales Platform With Unit Prices, Which He Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer Form. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Publicly Available Sales Platform, Used By The Ordering Party To Perform The Contract, Has At Least The Functions Indicated In Section Iv, Section 5.1.1-5.1.5 Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Publicly Available Online Sales Platform Is Not A Prototype Solution Created Solely For The Needs Of The Order In Question. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Declaration In This Regard, As Well As To Submit A Declaration That The Publicly Available Online Sales Platform Is Used By The Contractor And Made Available To Other Ordering Parties/Customers. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Order Condition That The Contractor Has An Appropriate Publicly Available Online Sales Platform To Be Fulfilled If All The Above-Mentioned Functions Are Performed Directly By The Sales
