The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery (Including Delivery) And Installation Of Electrically Adjustable Desks With Height Adjustment For Some Office Rooms In The Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshals Office In Gdańsk. Desks Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects And Ready For Use After Assembly.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz;2) Draft Contract Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3.The Required Minimum Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Period Of Extension Of The Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is An Apart From The Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers - If A Quality Guarantee Period Longer Than The Minimum Required Is Offered, The Contractors Offer Will Receive Additional Points.4.The Subject Of The Contract Is Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, As Part Of The Project Entitled Together For Health No. Fepm.05.05-Iz.00-0014/24.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery (Including Delivery) And Installation Of Electrically Adjustable Desks With Height Adjustment For Some Of The Office Rooms In The Marshals Office Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship In Gdańsk. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing This Order Into Parts, Because The Ordering Party Depends On Receiving Identical Desks In Terms Of Colors, Materials And Workmanship. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Costs Of Transport And Assembly - In The Event Of Selecting Several Contractors, Each Contractor Will Calculate The Delivery Costs In The Offer Price. Moreover, The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of This Order (Including The Law Applicable To The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure And To Assess The Legal Consequences Of All Documents In This Order) Is The Polish Law.
