Such A Declaration Was Submitted To The Current Contractor. A Declaration Will Be Submitted To The Contractor In Accordance With The Template. All Consumption Points Are Subject To 100% Tariff Protection. For Points Covered By Tariff Protection, The Ordering Party Agrees To Change The Rates Resulting From The Law. For The Purposes Of These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Assumed The Expected Consumption Of Natural Gas Over A Period Of 12 Months. The Indicated Consumption Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Specified Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Estimated Amount Of Natural Gas. The Condition For Commencement Of Natural Gas Supplies On The Indicated Date Is The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Change Procedure. Exemption From Excise Duty In Accordance With Art. 31B.
