The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of 2,900 Disposable, Single-Needle Plasmapheresis Sets Along With The Lease Of 3 Plasma Separators Over A Period Of 24 Months For The Regional Center For Blood Donation And Blood Treatment In Wałbrzych. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz, As Well As The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Shape The Final Delivery Volume Of The Kits Depending On The Number Of Donors, Which Is Subject To Certain Fluctuations For Reasons Beyond The Ordering Partys Control. It Is Allowed To Reduce Or Increase By 20% (Maximum) The Number Of Sets With The Required Accessories.
