The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation And Delivery Of Meals - 24/7 - For Patients Of Spzoz Międzychód - Repeated Procedure The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Mass Catering Services In Health Care In Compliance With The Principles Of Good Hygiene Practice And The Principles Of Good Production Practice And Comply With The Principles Of The Haccp System. The Services Will Be Provided On All Days Of The Week, Including All Possible Days Off And Holidays. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To During The Execution Of The Order, Ensure The Quality Of Food In Accordance With The Recommendations Regarding Standards And Nutrients And Food Products Assigned To Health Care Facilities, Taking Into Account The Diets Used, Food Preparation Technologies Issued By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw, Especially In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Variety, Volume And Weight Of Dishes. The Production And Distribution Of Meals Should Guarantee Sanitary And Epidemiological Safety. The Production Of Meals Should Be Made From Fresh, Highest Quality Raw Materials, With Documents Allowing For Consumption, While Maintaining The Dietary And Sanitary Regimes In Force In Hospitals - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Scope Of Providing Services: Preparing And Cooking Meals In Accordance With The Standards And Principles Of Nutrition Assigned To Health Care Facilities, Taking Into Account Diets, Strictly According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, According To The Haccp System; Delivering Ready-Made Meals To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Cutlery And Dishes (Disposable) To The Contractor; Delivering Containers With Meals To The Cookers Wards Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Guarantees Maintaining The Proper Temperature, Cleanliness And Quality Of Meals, I.E. Using Transport Trolleys And Containers; Delivery Of Lunches - Second Courses In Disposable Containers - Trays For Sealing Machines, Vacuum-Wrapped Without The Possibility Of Opening By Third Parties, Approved For Contact With Food; Delivery Of Soups (Breakfast, Lunch), Coffee In Collective Containers; Delivery Of Side Dishes For Breakfast And Dinner Portioned On A Plate Or In Container For Each Patient Separately,  Delivery Of Cold Salads Portioned In Disposable Containers For Each Patient;  Washing And Disinfection Of Vessels (Collective, Containers);  Collection, Disposal And Disposal Of Waste - In Accordance With Applicable Law.
