The Scope Of Services (Quantity) Provided In The Price Form Was Determined Based On The Expected Needs During The 2026/2027 Winter Road Maintenance Season. These Quantities Are Indicative And Are Used To Determine The Value Of Submitted Offers. The Final Value Of The Task Will Be Calculated Based On The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer Form And The Service Actually Performed. Payment Will Be Made On The Basis Of A Monthly Statement Of The Number Of Hours Of Equipment Work Performed For The Ordering Party. In The Monthly Statement Of Equipment Work, Working Time Below 15 Minutes Should Be Taken Without Rounding, While Hours Above And Equal To 15 Minutes Should Be Rounded To 0.5 Hour. Equipment Working Time Is Counted From The Moment The Equipment Unit Leaves The Contractors Base Until It Returns To The Base. The On-Duty Time Of The Equipment Is Counted From The Moment Of Appointment By The Ordering Party To The Moment Of Performance Of Work, But It Does Not Include The Time On Duty Of The Loader Used To Prepare The Mixture And Load The Material. The Scope Of Services Will Be Regulated By The Ordering Party According To The Needs Depending On Weather Conditions And The Situation In The Field.
