Szarech Szeregów 13 In Słupsk (Area 3,300 M2 - 5 Floors), 2.2.At Ul. Kilińskiego 43 In Słupsk (Area 1,200 M2 - 4 Floors), 2.3.At Ul. Grodzka 6 In Słupsk (Area 1,300 M2 – 4 Floors).3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To Swz.4.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Providing Security Services For Persons And Property Under Employment Contracts. The Performance Of The Indicated Services Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Establishing An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Management And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration. 5.
