Supply Of Electricity For The Banie Commune And Its Organizational Units For 2026 And 2027 The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Banie Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Electricity Sales Agreement - Annex No. 5 And 5.1 To The Swz. Electricity Will Be Delivered Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular With The Customer Service Quality Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 6, 2019 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements. In Electricity Trading. The Quality Parameters Of Electricity In The Distribution Part Are Regulated By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of May 4, 2007 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System.
