Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Mobile Computers And Artificial Intelligence Platform Subscriptions

4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 Portable Computers (Laptops) And A Subscription To An Advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence Platform Delivered As A Cloud Service (Saas), Described In Detail In The Product Specification Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, In The Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.4.2.The Offered Products Must Be Brand New, Unused, With Legally Installed Manufacturers Factory Software, Compliant With The Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To Swz.4.3.The Devices Must Be Complete, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements.4.3.1.The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Of The Offered Computer Equipment Be Built Inside The Devices, Unless The Ordering Party Has Clearly Indicated In The Product Specification (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) That It Requires The Delivery Of Unbuilt Components.4.4.The Offered Products Must Be Free From Legal Defects, Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, And Their Use By The Ordering Party Must Not Infringe The Intellectual Property Rights Of Any Entities.4.5.The Provided Subscription Must Be Legal, Coming From The Producers Official Distribution Channel For The European Union And The Republic Of Poland, And Will Entitle The Ordering Party To Use The Full, Paid Version Of The Software For The Period Indicated In Annex 3 To The Swz.4.6.The Offer Price Should Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Including In Particular: 4.6.1.All Costs Of Delivery, Packaging, Insurance, And The Contractors Participation In The Receipt And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order;4.6.2.All Costs Of Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order And All Guarantees And Technical Support Of The Contractor.4.7.The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty For The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Periods Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For Equipment And Accessories For Which No Warranty Period Is Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz, For A Period At Least Equal To The Warranty Granted By The Manufacturer, But Not Less Than 24 Months.4.8.The Terms Of Delivery And Warranty Service Are Described In Detail In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz:4.8.1.The Contractor Will Perform Warranty Repairs At The Place Of Use Of The Device, Unless The Type Of Damage Requires Repair At The Service Center. Transport To And From The Place Of Repair Is At The Contractors Expense And Risk.4.8.2.The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Warranty Service Provided In A Manner That Does Not Result In Loss Of Rights Under The Equipment Manufacturers Warranty. 4.8.3.The Contractor Ensures A Service Response Time Of A Maximum Of 48 Hours From The Moment The Fault Is Reported. The Service Response Time Is Understood As The Maximum Time That May Elapse From The Moment The Ordering Party Successfully Reports A Fault Or Failure Until The Contractors Service B
