Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Pszów In The 2026/2027 Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Remove Snow And Combat Slipperiness On Municipal Roads, Access Roads And Internal Roads In Pszów.2. Conditions Of Providing The Service: 1) The Service Will Be Performed On Working Days, Sundays And Holidays, 24 Hours A Day, Regardless Of The Time Of Day, As Needed, Depending On Weather Conditions, 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep Records Of The Work Performed In The Form Of Daily Reports And Submit Reports By Telephone On The Work Performed To A Designated Employee Of The Pszów City Hall. The Reports Must Contain The Necessary Information Related To The Execution Of The Order, 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Clear Snow From The Entire Width Of The Road, Clear Snow From Intersections On The Entire Surface, And On Narrow Roads In Visible Places To Clear Snow From The So-Called Passing Roads, 4) When Clearing Snow, It Is Prohibited To Cover Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Bus Stops, Pedestrian Crossings, Access Roads And Other Places Adjacent To Roads. If They Are Buried, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Clear The Snow. Additionally, It Is Prohibited To Splash The Facades Of Buildings, Fences And Other Objects During Snow Removal And Slush Removal. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Resulting Damage. 5) If The Ordering Party Issues An Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Action Within 1 Hour. From The Issuance Of The Order,6) The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Quality, Timeliness And Safety Of The Works Performed,7) The Contractor Will Provide Services In A Manner That Does Not Endanger Other Road Users,8) The Contractor Is Legally And Financially Liable For Any Damage Caused In The Course Of Performing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Damage Resulting From Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract,9) The Contractor Will Enable The Installation Of A System For Monitoring The Operation Of Equipment Used In The Implementation Of The Contract, And Will Also Ensure 24-Hour Communication Responsible, As Well As Equipment Operators, With The Designated Representative Of The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Scope And Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
