1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For The Museum Of The First Piasts In Lednica In The Amount Of 785,583 Kwh To 9 Intake Points Listed In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (List Of Facilities), Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2.The Ordering Party Has The Legal Title To Use The Facilities Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (List Of Facilities), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3.100% Of The Natural Gas Volume Is Covered By The So-Called Tariff Protection Resulting From Art. 62 Bb Or 62 Ba Of The Energy Law.4.Settlement Will Take Place On A Monthly Basis, According To The Actual Consumption Of Natural Gas Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement And Billing System. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That: 1) The Current Contract Ends On December 31, 2026 And Does Not Require Notice.2) The Distribution System Operator For All Ppgs Covered By The Proceedings Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa (Psg)6.The Forecast Consumption Of Natural Gas Given In Point 1 During The Contract Period Is Indicative Only And Is Used Only To Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Specified Quantity. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Quantity Of The Ordered Natural Gas, But Not Less Than 60% Of The Value Specified In Point 1. 7. At The Ordering Partys Request, It Is Possible To Increase The Volume Of Natural Gas And The Number Of Objects Listed Exhaustively In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (List Of Objects), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Increase In The Volume Of Natural Gas Cannot Exceed 15%. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged In Each Case To Apply The Prices Of Natural Gas Offered In The Public Procurement Procedure. The Contractor May Not Pursue Financial Claims (E.G. Compensation) From The Ordering Party If, During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Purchases A Smaller Amount Of Natural Gas From The Contractor Than The Forecast Amount Of Natural Gas Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (List Of Facilities), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Subject To Point 6.
