1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Heat Energy (Sale And Distribution/Transmission) To The Building At Ul. Krucza 38/42 In Warsaw.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To Swz.3. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 96 Of The Act, Requires: 1) In Terms Of Social Aspects - That The Contractor Or Subcontractor, During The Term Of The Contract, Complies With The Principles Of Decent Work, I.E. Equal Treatment, In Particular Regardless Of Gender, Age, Disability, Race, Religion, Nationality, Political Beliefs, Trade Union Membership, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Sexual Orientation, 2) In Terms Of Environmental Aspects - In Order To Minimize The Negative Impact Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Natural Environment, That All The Documents Submitted To The Contractor Or Subcontractor In Paper Form Met The Conditions Of The Fsc Certificate Or Another Equivalent Certificate, I.E. A Document Issued By An Organization Independent Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Authorized To Issue A Document In The Country Of Origin Of The Raw Material And Confirming The Same Conditions As Specified In The Said Fsc Certificate.
