The Subject Of The Order Defined As Lot No. 1 Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment Including: 1/ Workstations - Laptops With An Operating System And An Office Application - 23 Pcs. 2/ Monitors - 23 Pcs. The Ordering Party Requires That Each Offered Device Constituting The Subject Of The Order In Full Scope: A/ Be Brand New, Unused (With No Signs Of Previous Use) - Refurbished, Demonstration And Post-Exhibition Devices Are Not Allowed, B/ Was Complete And Fully Functional, C/ Was Ready For Use As Intended Without Incurring Additional Expenditure, D/ Was Free From Physical And Legal Defects, E/ Came From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Eu Market, With The Possibility Of Providing Warranty And Manufacturer Support In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Including Access To Updates And Warranty Service, Met The Requirements For Admission To Trading Resulting From The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, And Therefore, If Applicable - Had Approvals And/Or Certificates And/Or Declarations Compliance With The Relevant Standards.2/ The Ordering Party Requires That The Software Delivered With The Subject Of The Order Complies With The Ordering Partys Requirements, In Particular: A/ It Was New, Unused, Never Previously Activated, B/ It Came From The Official Sales And Distribution Channels In The European Union Of A Software Manufacturer, Dedicated To The Polish Market (Polish Language Version) And Had Elements Confirming The Legality Of Its Origin (I.E.: Original Packaging, Original Media, License Agreement, License Key, Etc.) And Was Ready For Use In Accordance With Intended Use, Without Incurring Additional Expenditure. C/ Was Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Without Incurring Additional Expenditure, D/ Was Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act On Copyright And Related Rights.
