Package 1 – Injection Needles, Syringes, Cannulae And Devices For Injection And Infusion1.Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) Types Of Products And Their Estimated Quantities, Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Offer, Are Set Out In Annex No. 2-1 (Assortment And Price Form). 2) The Offered Products Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland As Medical Devices Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Medical Devices Act - If Applicable. 3) Quantitative Shifts Between Individual Product Items Are Allowed, Within 40% Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Order, While Maintaining The Overall Value Of The Subject Of The Contract, 4) Partial Deliveries: 3-4 Times A Month, According To The Ordering Partys Needs5) Maximum Waiting Time For Partial Delivery: Up To 5 Business Days From Placing The Order2.The Execution Of The Order Includes Transport To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Wrocław, Ul. Legnicka 40).3.Product Expiry Date – Min. 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery4.The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specifications Of The Contract Terms. 5. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Swz And Published Explanations.6.Any Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor That May Appear In The Swz Is Intended Only To Determine The Standard And Should Be Treated As Examples Only. The Mentioned Materials And Products May Be Replaced By Other, Equivalent Ones, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Submitted Offer. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, In Particular In Terms Of The Use (Purpose) Of The Products, Their Size, Shape And Composition Described In Annex No. 2-1 To The Swz.
