Tenders Are Invited For Successful Catering Services For The University Of Economics In Katowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies Organized On The Premises Of The University Of Economics In Katowice, Branch In Rybnik, Located In Rybnik At Ul. Rudzka 13C.2.By Providing Successive Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing Meals And Drinks As Well As Their Delivery/Delivery And Serving On The Dates And Quantities Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Order, Using The Contractors Own Devices, Equipment, Dishes And Products. The Contractor Will Deliver And Distribute Meals In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3.The Contractor Must Provide Equipment Appropriately Adapted To Serving Hot Drinks, I.E. Water For Preparing Tea And Coffee Should Be Served In Boilers. If Water Shortages Are Reported In The Boilers Or Jugs, The Contractor Will Ensure That They Are Replenished Within 20 Minutes Of The Ordering Partys Telephone Notification.4.If The Ordering Party Requests It, The Contractor Provides Buffet Tables Covered With Black Stretch Material (Elastic Overlays).5.The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out Successively, Based On Separate Orders Sent By The Ordering Party In Electronic Form.6.Each Order Will Include Catering Services For A Minimum Of 25 People And No More Than 30 People, Which Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party.7.The Ordering Party Will Make Available The Rooms In Which The Events Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But No Later Than 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Ordering Party Will Also Provide Access To Utilities, I.E. Electricity And Water. 8. The Contractors Obligation Is To Provide Clean, Undamaged Tableware, Stainless Steel Cutlery, White Porcelain Cups And Plates, Water Glasses, Water Jugs, And To Provide Its Own Buffet Tables Covered With Black Stretch Material (Elastic Overlays).9.The Contractors Obligations Also Include Collecting Dishes And Equipment After The Catering Service Is Completed - On The Same Day After 5 P.M. 10. The Quantities Of Catering Sets Provided By The Ordering Party In Form No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form) Are Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers And Are Based On Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantities Of Catering Sets Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.11.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Method Of Performing The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In:11.1.The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Form No. 4 To Swz.11.2.Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz, Constituting Form No. 5 To The Swz.
