1) The Subject Of The Order Is Investors Supervision Over Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Developed Area At Chdk In Order To Give It New Social Functions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Part I - Effective Development Of The Green And Blue Infrastructure Of Zit Mo Piła - Enriching Parks And Squares With Small Retention Elements And Creating An Educational Trail In Chodzież: - Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Degraded Area At The Chodzież Cultural Center In Order To Him New Social Functions. 2) Investor Supervision For Part I Should Be Performed In The General Construction, Electrical And Low-Voltage, Sanitary And Road Industries. 3) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Construction Works That Should Be Supervised By The Investor - Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works For The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Degraded Area Near The Chodzież Community Center In Order To Give It New Social Functions.4) Investor Supervision Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And The Arrangements Of The Parties.
