The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services Under The Project Titled: Modernization Of The Storm Sewage System With The Construction Of A Small Retention System In The City Of Siemianowice Śląskie - Stage Ii Co-Financed From Eu Funds; Task 8 - Investor And Authors Supervision. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System As Part Of Six Construction Works Tasks Located In The City. In Addition, The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include Providing The Ordering Party With Comprehensive Substantive Support In The Process Of Selecting Contractors For Construction Works, Implementing And Settling These Works For Individual Tasks Included In The Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Feniks Program. This Support Will Include, Among Others: Constant Monitoring Of Work Progress And Identification Of Potential Risks, Verification Of Design Documentation And Proposals For Changes To Technical Solutions, Giving Opinions On Applications, Verifying Measurements And Settlements Of Contractors, Preparing Monthly Payment Summaries On Their Basis, Examining Claims And Assistance In Resolving Possible Disputes With Contractors Of Construction Works, As Well As Preparing Explanations And Documents For The Purposes Of External And Internal Inspections.2.
