The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Passability (Snow Removal) And Combat Slipperiness On Roads In The City Of Ostróda (Winter Action) In The 2026/2027 Winter Season, On Municipal And District Roads, Including: 1) Snow Removal From Roads Using Sand And Salt Carriers / Tractors With A Sand Spreader And Plow; 2) Loading And Removal Of Snow And Ice; 3) Creation And Maintaining The Base In The City Of Ostróda Or Within A Radius Of Up To 10 Km From The City Limits Of Ostróda; In Accordance With The Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz), List Of Streets (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), Illustrative Map Of The Road Network (Annex No. 5 To The Swz), Technical Specification For The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Service (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Offer Price Calculation Form (Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz).2. Information Regarding The Calculation Of The Offer Price (Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz): The Quantity Column Contains The Estimated Number Of Engine Hours (M-H), Hours (H) And Tons Of Materials To Be Carried Out During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Provide The Specified Amounts Of Services And Consumption Of Materials. The Actual Quantities Of Equipment Works And Purchased Materials During The Contract Period Will Result From The Actual Needs Related To Weather Conditions And May Differ From The Quantities Given In The Calculation. The Values ​​Indicated In Column 5 Are Gross Unit Prices, Which Will Be Valid Throughout The Entire Contract Period And Will Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Remuneration For The Services Actually Performed And Received, Provided That The Gross Unit Prices In Items 8 And 9 Cannot Exceed Pln 7,000.00 And Pln 18,500.00, Respectively.
