1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Mobile Water Treatment Plant (1 Pc), Its Assembly, Commissioning, Functional Tests, Operator Training And The Provision Of Technical And Operational Documentation And Certificates.2.The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide The Komorniki Commune With The Ability To Provide Emergency Treatment Of Drinking Water For The Needs Of The Civilian Population And Rescue Services In Crisis Situations, Interruptions In Water Supply Or Contamination. The Device Will Be Used In Civil Protection And Crisis Response Activities.3.All Station Components Must Be Brand New. The Construction Of A Mobile Water Treatment Plant Which Is The Subject Of The Order Is Not Allowed When Using Supplies, Devices And Materials As A Prototype, Trial Series Or As Exhibition Or Unit Production. The Contractor Will Build And Install Only New Materials And Devices.4.The Materials And Devices Used Should Comply With Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards, Certificates And Technical Approvals. Additionally, All Major Technological Devices That Are To Be In Contact With Treated Water Are Required To Have A Pzh (National Institute Of Hygiene) Certificate Allowing The Device To Come Into Contact With Drinking Water Intended For Human Consumption Or Equivalent.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete Set Of Technical And Operational Documentation In Polish.6.The Contractors Tasks Also Include Launching The Station And Conducting Training For A Minimum Of 4 And A Maximum Of 10 Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Station Operation. The Training Will Take Place At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.7.A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Code Of The Offered Product/Device, If There Is A Code. 9. Warranty And Warranty: 1) Required Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer, For The Entire Subject Of The Order, A Minimum Of 36 Months - Should Be Indicated In The Offer Form. 2) The Scope Of Warranty Rights Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 10. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order.
