Module 1 - Training Module Covering The Minimum Substantive Scope: Installation, Configuration And Diagnostics Of Pc Hardware And Mobile Devices, Configuration Of Home And Office Computer Networks, Management Of Operating Systems (Ms Windows, Linux), Basics Of Data Security And It Infrastructure And Operational Procedures For It Technical Support Along With The Issuance Of Vouchers (Covering The Full Cost) For The Certification Exam, Valid For At Least 11 Months After The End Of The Training. Module 2 - Training Module Covering The Minimum Substantive Scope: Network Architecture And Topology, Implementation Of Network Infrastructure (Cabling, Devices, Routing), Network Operations And Monitoring, Network Security (Protocols, Firewalls, Defense Mechanisms) And Advanced Troubleshooting In Wired And Wireless Networks Along With With The Issuance Of Vouchers (Covering The Full Cost) For The Certification Exam, Valid For At Least 11 Months After The Completion Of The Training. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Along With An Indication Of The Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
