Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Two-Day Off-Site Integration And Training Workshops Entitled: Promotion Of Health And Active Lifestyle For Participants Of The A Better Start In Adult Life Project

The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of Field Workshops With Transport, Accommodation And Meals For Participants, On Two Consecutive Days (Free From School Classes) Within A Period Of Up To 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.1.Number Of Participants – 22 People, Including: 20 Participants Of The Project Entitled A Better Start Into Adult Life And 2 Representatives Of Pcpr In Elbląg (People Supervising The Proper Implementation Of Project Activities). The Ordering Party Informs That The Number Of People May Change To A Maximum Of 3 People. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Final Number Of Participants To The Contractor No Later Than 5 Days Before The Planned Departure. 2. Deadline For Completing The Order: Maximum Two Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Final Date (Two Consecutive Days - Free From School Classes) Will Be Indicated In The Trip Schedule Submitted By The Contractor No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract - The Schedule Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract.3.Number Of Hours Of Training Workshops – 10 Teaching Hours Per Group.4.Number Of Training Groups – 2.5.Topics Of Training Workshops - Addiction Prevention, Principles Of Healthy Eating, Health Threats Resulting From Improper Nutrition - Group And Individual Activities (In The Form Of Consultations For Interested People) With An Instructor As Part Of The Promotion Of Constructive Spending Of Free Time And An Active Lifestyle. 6. Place Of Service: A Town Located No More Than 100 Km From Elbląg. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is To Guarantee And Ensure: 1) Stay In A Center Located No More Than 100 Km From Elbląg2) Accommodation In Hotel Rooms For 2 Or 3 People 3) Meals For Participants Each Day In Accordance With Opz4) Organization Of A Coffee Break For Each Group During Each Day Of The Training 5) Staff To Ensure Proper Organization And Implementation Of The Service, Including: A) Min. 2 People To Conduct Training Workshopsb) Min. 2 People To Take Care Of Minor Project Participants Throughout The Duration Of The Tripa) The Contractor Will Provide Transport Of Participants With Insurance From Elbląg (Address Indicated By The Ordering Party After Concluding The Contract) To The Town Where The Workshops Will Be Held And Return Transport Of Participants From The Place Of Workshops After Their Completion; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz
