4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader For The District Roads Authority In Tomaszów Mazowiecki. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Technical Data And Equipment: 1. Used Vehicle - Year Of Production At Least 2021, Meeting The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Road Traffic Law, 2. Main Drive Elements Of The Vehicle, I.E. Engine, Gearbox, Drive Axles Manufactured By One Manufacturer, 3. Backhoe Loader Must Be From Mass Production, Is Not Allowed Offering A Vehicle From Unit Production And One Whose Parameters Have Been Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Procedure. 4. A Nameplate With A Stamped Ce Certificate, A Clear Vin Number And Model Number, And An Operating Manual In Polish For The Offered Backhoe Loader.5. The Offered Backhoe Loader With Accessories Must Be Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Made Using Safe Technologies And Ready For Immediate Operation And Use (Fully Technically Functional) Without Incurring Additional Financial Outlays. 6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Refueled To The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Specified By The Manufacturer.7. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Organize Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device At The Ordering Partys Premises. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Ownership Rights To The Specific Excavator Offered In The Submitted Offer To The Ordering Party.9. The Subject Of The Order Cannot Constitute Bank Security Or Property Rights Of Third Parties Or Other Rights Of Third Parties. The Price Of The Offer Should Include The Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader To The Equipment And Transport Base Of The District Roads Authority In Tomaszów Mazowiecki With Its Registered Office At Ul.
