1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of District Roads (Hereinafter Referred To As Z.U.D.) Administered By Zdp In Kolbuszowa In The Winter Season 2026-2027, Divided Into Tasks: Task No. 1: - Length Of Roads For Snow Removal And Sprinkling: 66,680 Km, 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services Related To Combating Slipperiness And Snow Removal Of District Roads, Consisting Of: - Clearing Snow Of The Entire Width (Passing Back And Forth) Of The Road, - Clearing Snow Of The Entire Width (Passing Back And Forth) Of The Road With Gritting, - Sanding The Entire Width Of The Road. A Detailed List Of Roads And Sections To Be Gritty Is Provided In The Appendix To This Instruction (Appendix No. 1 - List Of District Roads). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Sections, Including Reducing The Scope Of Services. Intervention Works - Consist In The Performance Of Services In The Scope Indicated By An Employee Of Zdp In Kolbuszowa And May Concern: - Clearing Snow From Individual Road Sections, - Sprinkling Of Road Sections Designated By The Ordering Party, The Fee For The Intervention Services Performed Will Result From The Product Of The Number Of Units Performed (Hours) And The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate (Completed In The Offer Cost Estimate), Payable In Monthly Or Bi-Monthly Periods (Small Number Of Trips In A Given Month). The Ordering Party Decides About The Occurrence And Ordering Of Intervention Works. The Services In Question Should Be Provided In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Detailed Technical Specifications: D-10.10.01 B - Snow Removal From Roads, D-10.10.01 C - Combating Winter Slipperiness Of Roads, Taking Into Account The Details Contained In This Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Equipment Intended For The Provision Of Z.U.D. Services. Should Be Properly Prepared And Marked By The Contractor Before The Start Of The Winter Season, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Technical Specifications; This Preparation Is Subject To Verification By The Ordering Partys Representatives. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Hardware Units (At A Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party) For The Installation, At The Ordering Partys Request, Of Gps Locators. In The Event Of Equipment Failure, The Contractor Should Be Able To Quickly Repair This Equipment; In The Event Of A Failure Causing A Longer Break In The Operation Of The Equipment - The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Replacement Equipment. - The Average Width Of The Sprinkled Surface On Non-Urban Roads Is 5.50 M, Materials Intended To Combat Slipperiness Should Be Purchased By The Contractor (Before The Start Of The Winter Season) In An Amount Sufficient For The Entire Winter Season, Including Reserves, Properly Prepared And Stored At The Contractors Storage Yard, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detaile
