The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of License Plates And Duplicate License Plates In 2027 (From January 4, 2027 To December 31, 2027) In A Maximum Quantity Of 30,000 Pieces For The Purposes Of Performing The Own Tasks Of The Staroste Of Nowy Sącz Related To Vehicle Registration - Pursuant To The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law /Consolidated Text Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended/ - And Collection And Cancellation Of Officially Collected License Plates. The Delivery Includes Successive Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Located At Ul. Jagiellońska 33 In Nowy Sącz License Plates: Car, Motorcycle, Moped, Individual, Historic, Temporary, Reduced, Professional, Duplicate License Plates, As Well As Collection And Cancellation Of Officially Collected License Plates. The Contractor Is Obliged To Successively Deliver The Boards Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense, In The Quantities Specified Each Time By The Ordering Party, Based On Separate Written Orders Sent By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. Successive Deliveries Will Be Made On Working Days, From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. The Plates Will Be Made According To The Patterns And Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Specimens Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration /Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended/. The Basic Order (Guaranteed) Includes The Successive Delivery Of License Plates And License Plate Duplicates In An Amount Of 12,000 Pieces. The Ordering Party May - In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law - Use The Option Of Extending The Basic (Guaranteed) Order With An Additional Scope Performed For Additional Remuneration Under The Conditions Specified For The Basic Order. The Option Is A Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Use As Part Of The Execution Of The Order. The Option Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Ordered License Plates And Duplicate License Plates To A Maximum Number Of 30,000 Pieces. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Ordered Batches Of License Plates Within 10 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Order To The Contractor By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Ordered Duplicate License Plates Within A Deadline Of 5 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Order To The Contractor By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party.
