The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok), For The Provision Of Municipal Waste Management Services Collected And Delivered By Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune. Requirement For Employment Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act Requires That All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1* Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Were Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Employ The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Period Of Execution Of The Order. In The Event Of Termination Of The Employment Relationship Before The End Of This Period, The Undertakes To Indicate Another Person/Another Employee In Place Of The Employee With Whom The Employment Contract Was Terminated.
