The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Unloading, And Then Carrying, Setting, Assembly And Leveling Of Furniture And Equipment. 2) Place Of Delivery Of Furniture And Household Appliances: Czeladź, Ul. Tuwima 55/9, 4Th Floor Without Elevator,3) Providing A Quality Guarantee For Each Order Item.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order: 1) Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Made In Accordance With Industry Standards, In A Complete And Fit For Use Condition, I.E. Guaranteeing Their Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose Without Making Additional Purchases Of Elements And Accessories, 2) Must Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, 3) Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In European Union Countries, Including In Rooms Intended For Permanent Residence Of People, 4) Must Meet Technical Requirements Specified In Point Iv Detailed Technical Description.5) On The Day Of Acceptance, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Operating Manual In Polish, A Warranty Document, Documents Confirming The Authorization Of The Device For Marketing And Use In The Eu (If Required By Law), A Product Card Or Technical Specification Of The Offered Model. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Activities And Additional Works Related To The Delivery Of Complete And Usable Furniture And Household Appliances, In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Points 1 And 2.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of Any Packaging Remaining After Delivery On His Own.5. The Room In The Facility Should Be Measured And All Building Dimensions Should Be Adjusted To The Current Dimensions And Existing Restrictions.
