Electricity Supplies Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Separate Sales Contracts Concluded Between Individual Entities (Acting On Their Own Behalf) And The Contractor.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Sale) Of Electricity By The Contractor (Seller) To The Ordering Party (Recipient) To All Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1, Which Is An Attachment To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) Together With The Implementing Regulations - Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law.4.The Estimated Energy Consumption During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract For Organizational Units Of Siemiatycze County Over A Period Of 12 Months Is - 276.844 Mwh (276,844.00 Kwh).5. The List Of Energy Consumption Points Along With Information On Applicable Contracts And Energy Consumption Divided Into Tariff Groups Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor (Seller) Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Access To Information On Measurement And Settlement Data Of Consumed Electricity And Commercial Balancing In The Field Of Electricity Sales, As Well As Prepare Reports At The Request Of The Ordering Party. Distribution Services Are Provided On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator. The Distribution System Operator Is Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Branch In Białystok Ul. Elektryczna 13, 15-950 Białystok (Contracts For All Ppe Are Concluded For An Indefinite Period).7. The Ordering Party Acts On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Following Entities: 1) District Office In Siemiatycze, 2) School Complex In Siemiatycze; 3) Special School Complex In Siemiatycze; 4) District Social Welfare Home In Siemiatycze; 5) District Road Administration In Siemiatycze; 6) State Treasury Represented By The Starosta Of Siemiatycze Performing Tasks Commissioned From The Government Administration. 9. The Projected Electricity Consumption Is Indicative And Is Used To Compare Offers And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Number Of Electricity Consumption Points During The Execution Of The Electricity Sales Contract May Change, Decrease Or Increase.
