Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv:90620000-9; Description: Snow Removal Services,90630000-2: Description: Ice Removal Services, 90610000-6: Description: Street Cleaning And Sweeping Services.3.Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Squares And Sidewalks In The City - Snow Removal And Removal Of Black Ice On The Roads, In Accordance With Annexes No. 1, 2, 5 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, And In A Crisis Situation Also The Performance Of The Above-Mentioned Services On The Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2) Depending On Weather Conditions - Starting And Ending Active Action, At The Operative (Telephone, E-Mail Or Other Effective Means Of Notification) Ordered By The Ordering Party. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Fully Operational Equipment In The Following (Minimum) Quantity To Perform The Subject Of The Order: A) Sand Spreader And Light Plow On A Truck - 1 Pc. B) Plow On A Tractor With A Spreader - 2 Pcs. C) Backhoe Loader - 1 Pc. D) Grader - 1 Pc. E) Self-Unloading Vehicle - 1 Pc. F) Brush Mechanical - 1 Pc. G) Sweeper - 1 Pc. 4) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Loose Materials Used For Sprinkling The Surfaces Of Roads, Sidewalks And Squares In Winter, Stored In Designated Places - In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Contract Template. The Amount Of Bulk Material Will Be Adjusted To The Actual Needs Of The Customer. The Expected Amount Of Bulk Material Is Approximately - 80 Tons.5) The Scope Of The Service Also Includes, In Special Situations (Requiring Intervention), Snow Removal By Loading It With Appropriate Equipment From Municipal Squares, Parking Lots, Maneuvering Areas, Sidewalks And Roadsides. In This Case, The Hardware Service Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party By Telephone. The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor The Place Where The Snow Is Stored.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Maintain Safe Road Passability 24 Hours A Day, With Particular Emphasis On The Hours From 4.00 A.M. To 10.00 A.M. And From 1.00 P.M. To 7.00 P.M., The Contractor Is Obliged To Prevent The Formation Of Ruts On The Roads, And In A Crisis Situation, Remove The Ruts Immediately After The Snowfall Stops; - Maintain The Proper Condition Of The Surface Of The Squares Including Paid Unguarded Parking And The Road On Which The Paid Parking Zone Is Located - In Accordance With Annex No. 5 To The Contract Template; - Taking Into Account The Operating Hours Of The Zone, I.E. 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
