The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 88 Armchairs And 10 Desks (Equipment) Together With The Delivery To The Leszno City Hall In Accordance With All The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2. Task Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Improving The Quality Of Management And Ergonomics In The Workplace Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+). Funding Application Number Fewp.06.05-Iz.00-0002/25 Attention! The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 3.1. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Free From Defects, Brand New, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery. 3.2. The Delivery Of Used, Exhibition Or Test Equipment Is Not Permitted. 3.3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Produced No Earlier Than In 2026. The Seat Should Have A Factory Label Allowing The Production Date To Be Verified. 3.4. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Delivery And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Indicated Seat Of The Leszno City Hall, 64-100 Leszno. 3.5. The Specified Parameters Given In Annex 4 To The Swz Are Minimum Values. Equipment With Parameters Higher Than Those Specified Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 3.6. To Maintain Design Consistency, All Armchairs Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be Manufactured By The Same Manufacturer. It Is Unacceptable To Deliver Seats From Different Manufacturers, Even If They Meet The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. 3.7. To Maintain Design Consistency, All Electrically Height-Adjustable Desks Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be Manufactured By The Same Manufacturer. It Is Unacceptable To Provide Desks From Different Manufacturers, Even If They Meet The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz.
