Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Sępopol And Bisztynek Communes (The List Of Roads Covered By The Order Is Included In Annex No. 13 To The Terms Of Reference) The Order Includes: - Clearing Snow From Roads And Combating Slipperiness Of Road Surfaces In Accordance With Zud Standards; - Installation Of The Ordering Partys Equipment On The Contractors Carriers; - Preparation And Storage Of Sand And Salt Mixtures; - Loading Of Materials To Combat Winter Slipperiness; - Ensuring The Availability Of The Contractors Employees Responsible For Proper Performance Services. Approximate Scope Of The Order For Winter: - 20% Sand-Salt Mixture Poured Onto The Road: 250 T; - Carrier Work With Sandblaster Operation: 120 Hours. Work; - Carrier Work With Snow Removal Equipment - Truck: 50 Hours Work; - Work Of The Carrier With Snow Removal Equipment - Two-Drive Tractor + Front Plow: 140 Hours. Work; - Backhoe Loader: 10 Hours Work; - Equipment Unit On Duty 30 Hours Work;The Scopes Of Services (Quantities) Given Above Were Determined On The Basis Of Expected Needs During The Last Four Winter Road Maintenance Seasons. The Above-Mentioned Amounts Of The Mixture And The Working Hours Of The Equipment And The On-Duty Hours Of The Equipment Units Are Only Estimates, Used To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. The Actual Execution Of The Order Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Determined By The Weather Situation In The Winter. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Material And Financial Scope Of The Basic Order In The Event Of Mild Weather Conditions. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Minimum Amount Of The Benefit At The Level Of 50% Of The Maximum Value Of The Basic Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims (Including Damages) Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Full Scope Of The Basic Order Beyond The Guaranteed 50%. For The Provision Of The Winter Maintenance Service, The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Remuneration Resulting From The Multiplication Of The Actual Amount Of Equipment Work And Materials Used By The Net Prices Offered By The Contractor In The Offer And The Application Of The Vat Rate.
