Eligible institutions include research institutes, universities, technical service enterprises, or specialized research organizations with the necessary qualifications to undertake scientific research projects or technical service work in the fields of agriculture, specifically facility vegetable cultivation technology and green agriculture. The provider shall have been established for no less than three years, demonstrate sound financial standing, and shall provide audited financial statements for the most recent three years. For non-profit institutions, such as scientific research institutions, higher education institutions, and specialized research institutes, where third-party audited financial statements are unavailable, annual financial final accounts or annual financial statements for the most recent three years bearing the official seal of the institution shall be provided. The provider shall possess a well-structured organizational system and have no record of major legal or disciplinary violations. 2.Priority will be given to consulting firms with strong research capacity in facility vegetable cultivation, vegetable planting technology. The firm shall be familiar with the development status of the solanaceous vegetable facility cultivation industry chain in Guangxi, and understand national and regional policy directions in green facility vegetable planting and low-carbon agricultural development. 3.Priority will be given to consulting firms with relevant professional capabilities in vegetable planting, facility agriculture, and environmental soil science, capable of independently undertaking core tasks such as facility vegetable carbon emission monitoring, low-carbon and green cultivation technology experimental research, model integration, and typical case field surveys, as well as research report writing. The firm shall be equipped with the necessary experimental conditions to support the full process of data collection, processing, and system construction. Proof of completion for no fewer than five relevant projects or research tasks at the departmental/bureau level or above preferably provided. Priority will be given to institutions with research experience in national-level or provincial level green ecological agriculture, low-carbon facility vegetable planting, or digital agriculture projects. 4.Priority will be given to consulting firms meeting the following conditions: having a permanent presence in Guangxi, or possessing experience in conducting facility vegetable planting technology research, experimental demonstration, and consulting services in Guangxi.
