Work Detail
The Former Nme Building, Located In The Haarlem Kweektuin, Was Dismantled In May 2026, Leaving Only The Shell. This Shell Must Be Reused When Constructing A New Building. The Project Consists Of The Construction Work For The New Building. For This Purpose, A Design Has Been Developed Up To Uo Level, Including Specifications (Based On Stabu), With Associated Calculations Worked Out In Detail. The Contractor Is Responsible, Among Other Things, For: - Realizing The Established Design; - Obtaining All Necessary Permits With The Exception Of The Environmental Permit (Already Granted); - Environmental Management During The Implementation Phase (Mainly Local, From Order Execution); - Coordinating Any Work By Third Parties Renovation Of One Building
