The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Testing Of Samples Of Drinking And Waste Water According To Specific Positions:Specific Position No. 1: Testing Of Samples For Microbiological, Chemical Indicators And Indicators With Indicator Value From Ordinance No. 9/16.03.2001 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Drinking Domestic Purposes And From Ordinance No. 1/10.10.2007 On The Study, Use And Protection Of Groundwaterspecial Item No. 2: Testing Of Samples According To Radiological Indicators From Ordinance No. 9/16.03.2001 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Drinking Domestic Purposes And From Ordinance No. 1/10.10.2007 On Exploration, Use And Protection Of Groundwaterspecial Item No. 3: Wastewater Testing, According To The Requirements Of The Relevant Discharge Permit For The Sewage System Of The Town Of Silistra, The Town Of Glavinitsa And The Town Of Tutrakan And Directive (Eu) 2024/3019 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27.11.2024 On The Treatment Of Urban Waste Waterplace And Deadline For Execution Of The Order.Place Of Execution: Probation Will Be Carried Out By The Contracting Authority, According To The Need. The Samples Will Be Taken From The Contractors Laboratory With The Address Aydemir Village, Silistra Municipality, West Industrial Zone, Silistra Wwtp. The Analyzes Will Be Carried Out In The Laboratories Of The Contractors. Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: The Deadline Is Tied To The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Relevant Separate Item, Which Enters Into Force On The Date Indicated In The Same And Is Valid Until 31.12.2028 Or Until The Value Of Each Contract Is Reached, Whichever Event Occurs Earlier.The Term For Performance Of The Assigned Service/Testing Of The Samples Should Not Be More Than 25 (Twenty-Five) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Request.Quantity And Volume: Estimated Quantities Are Indicated In The Technical Specification And The Same Should Be Considered Indicative Of The Volume Of This Order. The Quantities Are Estimated (Indicative) And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority, As He Reserves The Right To Change Their Number According To His Need. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Declare The Above-Mentioned Number Or May Assign An Additional Number Of Samples Under The Same Conditions And Unit Prices, Within The Value Of The Concluded Contract For The Respective Individual Item. The Analyzes Will Be Assigned By The Contracting Authority With A Written Request, In Which The Following Information Will Be Specified:- For Headline 1: The Time When The Samples Will Be Ready For Transport;- For Headline 2: The Time At Which The Samples Were Taken From A Control Point;- For Heading 3: Day On Which The Samples Will Be Ready For Transport.Period Of Validity Of The Offers: The Period Of Validity Of The Offers Is 6 (Six) Months From The Deadline For Receiving The Offers.The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Provision Of Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
