The Subject Of The Order Covers Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of 57.75 Km Of Municipal Road Network And 58.73 Km Of Street Road Network On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Yablanitsa For The Winter Season 2026-2027.The Purpose Of The Order Is Snow Removal, Sandblasting With The Appropriate Equipment Of Roads From The Municipal Road Network, Their Preparation For Safe Operation In Winter Conditions, As Well As The Maintenance Of Continuous Passability With A View To The Safe Movement Of Road Vehicles During The Winter Period.Specific Requirements: The Quality Of The Performed Works Must Meet The Requirements Of: » Technical Rules And Requirements For Road Maintenance, Approved By The Executive Director Of The Napi In 2009, Published On The Website Of The Napi, Section Winter Maintenance; » Instruction No. 3 Of 18.07.2007 On The Procedure For Carrying Out Rescue And Emergency Emergency Recovery Works In The Event Of Disasters; » Law On Environmental Protection And Subsidiary Regulations Thereto; » Law On Health And Safety At Work And By-Laws To It; » Law On Roads And By-Laws To It; » Law On Road Traffic; » And Others Applicable To The Subject Of The Order.
