The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Out-Of-Warranty Support For The Information System Licensing And Registers And The Portal For Electronic Administrative Services Of The Crs. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From 05.12.2026. Place Of Execution Of The Order - The City Of Sofia, Gen. Yosif V. Gurko Str. No. 6, Communications Regulation Commission.The Description Of The Licensing And Registers Information System Of The Crs Is Contained In Appendix 3 To The Announcement.The Costs For The Preparation Of The Offers Are At The Expense Of The Participants In The Procedure. In Relation To The Contracting Authority, The Participants Cannot Make Any Claims For Expenses Incurred By Them In The Preparation And Submission Of Their Bids, Regardless Of The Result Or The Conduct Of The Procedure Itself.The Period Of Validity Of The Offers Is 6 (Six) Months, Counted From The Date Set As The Deadline For Receiving The Offers And Represents The Time During Which The Participants Are Bound By The Conditions In The Offers They Submit. When The Period Has Expired, The Contracting Authority Will Invite The Participants To Confirm The Validity Of Their Offers For A New Period Determined By Him. A Participant Who Does Not Extend Or Confirm The Validity Period Of His Offer Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure.When Preparing The Offer, Each Participant Must Adhere Exactly To The Conditions Announced By The Contracting Authority.Criterion For Awarding The Contract - The Public Contract Is Awarded According To The Lowest Price Criterion In The Sense Of Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.Option To Present Variants In The Offers - No Variants Are Allowed In The Offers.
