1. Subject Of The Public Procurement: Delivery Of Stationery, Toner Cartridges And Office Chairs Necessary For The Activities Of Mbal Pazardzhik Jsc - 2027. The Order Is Divided Into Five Items:• Item No. 1 – Delivery Of Office Supplies Within The Scope Of Article 12 Of The Civil Code;• Position No. 2 – Delivery Of Office Materials Outside The Scope Of Article 12 Of The Civil Code;•Item No. 3 – Delivery Of Original Or Compatible Toner Cartridges;• Position No. 4 - Delivery Of Office Chairs;• Item No. 5 - Other Office Supplies;Important: Position No. 1 Is Reserved For Implementation By Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Persons Whose Main Subject Of Activity Is Aimed At Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities, On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.Other Persons May Participate In The Procedure, Other Than The Subjects Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop. According To Art. 80, Para. 4 Of The Ppzop, The Offers Of Persons Who Are Not Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Are Considered And Evaluated Only If There Is Not A Single Bid Accepted By A Participant Who Is A Specialized Enterprise, Cooperative Or Person Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop.2. Type Of Public Procurement: Pursuant To Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa).The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Individual Items Are Estimates, Determined On The Basis Of The Previous Annual Consumption Of The Contracting Party And Should Not Be Interpreted As An Obligation Of The Contracting Party For Either A Minimum Or A Maximum Total Quantity (Within The Scope Of The Contract) Of The Specified Products. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification According To Its Needs, But They Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. Variants: The Participant Has No Right To Present Variants Of The Offer.4. Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement: The Term Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award. If, After The Expiration Of The Contract, No New Ppa Contracts Have Been Concluded With The Same Subject, Its Effect Is Continued Under The Same Conditions, Until A New Ppa Procedure With The Same Subject Is Conducted, But Not For More Than 6 Months.5.
