Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Hygiene Materials Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Plo For The Needs Of The Bnr

The Subject Of The Order Includes The Periodic Supply Of Hygiene Materials For The Needs Of The Bnr (The City Of Sofia And The Regional Radio Stations In The Country), Which Is Carried Out If Necessary, After A Written Request Has Been Made By Authorized Persons On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. The Types And Estimated Quantities Of Hygiene Materials Are Detailed In Section Ii. Technical Specifications. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract, And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Use Them In Full And Reserves The Right To Exceed Or Reduce Them As Necessary, Without This Leading To Non-Fulfillment Of The Contract.The Subject Of The Order Includes Materials That Fall Under The List Of Goods And Services Defined By The Council Of Ministers In Accordance With The General Glossary Of Terms, Which Are Intended To Be Awarded To Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives For People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position.According To Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Connection With Decision Of The Council Of Ministers No. 591/18.07.2016, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Public Procurement For The Awarding Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social Or Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position.Resignations Are Carried Out Periodically At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Which The Quantity, Type Of Items And Place Of Delivery Will Be Specified. Applications Will Be Submitted Electronically By E-Mail. The Contractor Should Ensure The Possibility Of Accepting Requests At Least Every Day From 08:30 To 16:00. The Term For The Implementation Of The Specific Request Is Up To 3 (Three) Working Days, Counted From Its Receipt By The Contractor. The Place Of Performance Of The Deliveries Includes The Objects Of The Bnr Specified In Section Ii. Technical Specifications.The Term Of Execution Of The Contract: 12 (Twelve) Months, Counting From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract (The Date Of Registration In The Records System Of The Contracting Authority, Which Is Placed On All Copies Of The Contract) Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Circumstance Occurred First.The Indicated Estimated Value Represents The Maximum Allowable Financial Resource Of The Contract For The Public Procurement, And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Spend It In Full. The Total Price Offered Is Used For The Purposes Of Evaluating The Offers.
