Purpose Of This Public Procurement: The Contracting Authority Shall Provide The Most Economically Advantageous Conditions For The Delivery Of An Energy Savings Certificate For The Fulfillment Of Individual Goals Of Bulgargaz Ead, By Being The Contractor(S) Selected To Deliver The Energy Savings Certificates With The Aim Of The Most Efficient Use Of Funds While Following The Principles Of Publicity, Transparency, Ensuring Free And Fair Competition And Non-Discrimination.
