For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, With The Contractor Complying With The Requirements Of The Contractor, Described In The Terms Of Reference, As Well As The Technical Rules And Norms For Design, Standards, Technical Instructions, Zut, Etc., To Which The Project Documentation Should Comply. The Full Volume Of Activities Is Indicated In The Technical Terms Of Reference For The Relevant Specific Position, Which Also Fulfills The Role Of The Design Task For Awarding The Investment Project.Funding: From The Budget Of The Kyustendil Municipality - For The Preparation Of The Investment Projects, The Funds Are Provided In The List Of Capital Expenditures For 2026; For The Activity Of Exercising Copyright Supervision - After Securing Financing, Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.​​​​​​​
