For Its Part, The San José Hospital Is A Network Self-Management Establishment, Functionally Deconcentrated, Whose Mission Is To Carry Out The Health Actions Entrusted To It.2º That, In Accordance With Exempt Resolution No. 443, Of 2026, Which Authorizes The Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan Of The San José Hospital For The Year 2026, The Acquisition Of Vicryl Mesh Is Required, As Stated In A Certificate Dated July 13, 2026, Issued By The Procurement Headquarters Of The Supply Unit, Which Also Certifies That Said Goods And Services Are Not Available In The Catalog Of The Framework Convention And That; Considering Its Nature, The San José Hospital Is Exempt From The Consultation Procedure To The Circular Economy Platform, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 35 Bis Of Law No. 19,886 And 28 And 29 Of Its Regulations.
