On The Occasion Of The Commemoration Of The Municipal Officials Day, Established By Decree No. 2,118, Of The Ministry Of The Interior, Of 1997, The Municipality Of Talagante Recognizes And Values ​​The Work Of Its Officials In The Institution And Who Complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 And 45 Years Of Service In The Municipality. The Comptroller General Of The Republic Through Instruction No. 23 Of July 29, 2026 Adds That: “The Tribute To Municipal Officials Is Linked To The Important Historical And Future Contribution They Make To The Development Of The Communes, Corresponding To Them A Preponderant Role In Terms Of Their Capacity And Dedication To Achieving Institutional Objectives.”For Its Part, In Relation To Spending, The Same Instructions Indicate That Said Commemoration Is Related To The Purposes Of The Building Entities, So, In Accordance With The Criteria Contained In Opinion No. 16,903, Of 2017, There Is No Problem With Municipalities Being Able To Carry Out Institutional Activities As Part Of Said Tribute, And Incur Expenses - Relevant And Framed In The Principle Of Legality - On The Occasion Of It, To The Extent, By The Way, That With Respect To These Latter Is Fully Complied With The Current Regulations.In This Context, And With The Aim Of Recognizing And Distinguishing Those Who, Through Their Career, Work, Dedication, Professionalism And Commitment, Have Contributed To The Development Of Municipal Management And The Service Of The Community, Especially Highlighting Their Contribution In The Various Areas In Which They Work.
