The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Vehicle For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste, Such As A Garbage Truck With An Internal Combustion Engine (With A Euro 6 (Or Equivalent) Diesel Engine, Category N3, As Well As Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified In The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And Its Implementing Acts. The Vehicle Must Be Complete On The Day Of Collection, Operational, Approved For Traffic On Public Roads In Poland And Ready To Perform Tasks Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Incur Additional Expenses, Except For The Current Costs Of Fuel And Consumables Excluded In The Swz.
