Long-Term Rental, Without Driver, Of A Road Vacuum Sweeper On The Territory Of The City Of Cognac With A Nominal Capacity Of 5 M³ Intended For The Needs Of The Urban Cleanliness Service. The Use Made By The Cleanliness Department Of The City Of Cognac Is Estimated At 2,000 Hours Per Year In “Work” Configuration. In The Event That The New Sweeper Cannot Be Delivered Within 7 Days Of Notification Of The Contract, The Service Provider Must Make Available To The City Within This Same Period A Used Machine, Complying With The Minimum Requirements Described In This Cctp (See 3A And 3B). The New Machine Must Be Delivered Within A Maximum Period Of 6 Months From Market Notification
