The Province Of Overijssel Intends To Contract One Contractor For The Implementation Of A Raw Framework Agreement For Major Waterway Maintenance 2026–2032. The Assignment Concerns Planned Major Maintenance Of Objects Within The Provincial Waterways In Northwest Overijssel, With The Aim Of Ensuring Safe And Smooth Passage And Sustainably Maintaining The Waterway Infrastructure. Partial Orders Will Be Awarded During The Term Of The Framework Agreement Based On The Current Maintenance Needs. The Work Mainly Consists Of: • Installing, Replacing And Repairing Bank Structures; • Maintaining And Repairing Braking Structures And Guide Structures; • Maintaining And Replacing Mooring And Mooring Facilities; • Work On Fups, Pups, Sups And Bollards. The Work Will Be Carried Out Within The Geographical Area Of ​​Northwest Overijssel. Under The Revision Clauses Included In The Agreement, The Scope Can Be Expanded To Include Work On The V77 Waterway (Almelo–De Haandrik Canal), In Accordance With The Conditions Included In The Tender Documents. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Commission Work That Falls Within The Scope Of This Framework Agreement Outside This Framework Agreement, If This Is Necessary In The Opinion Of The Contracting Authority Due To Coordination With Other Projects, Contracts Or Implementation Activities. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €8,400,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Six-Year Term, Excluding The Revision Clauses Described In Paragraph 2.5. In View Of The Uncertainty Regarding The Number Of Partial Assignments, Their Size, Any Changes To Partial Assignments And The Unit Prices Applicable During The Term, A Maximum Value Of € 12,500,000 Excluding Vat Has Been Set For The Fixed Scope Of The Framework Agreement. The Revision Clauses Included In Paragraph 2.5 Have Separate Maximum Values. For Work On The V77 Waterway, This Maximum Value Is € 2,790,000 Excluding Vat.
