A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Consulting Services In Accordance With Article 78 Of The Eu Strategic Plan Regulation (Eu) 2021/2115 Of December 2, 2021 Is To Be Awarded For The Ml. Defined Advisory Services For Agricultural Businesses Are Advertised. The Measure Aims To Maintain And Improve The Sustainability Of Agricultural Operations With Particular Attention To The Aspects Of Biodiversity, Climate Resilience, Animal Welfare And Efficient Use Of Resources Through Knowledge Transfer. The Consulting Services Are Only Eligible For Funding If The Consultations Are Carried Out By Consulting Providers And Consultants Selected According To This Procurement Process. Further Details On The Type And Scope Of The Order Can Be Found In The Service Description - Technical Part (Part B) And The Service Description - Funding Process (Part C) - As Well As The Other Attached Appendices. The Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded With Several Companies (Section 21 Paragraph 4 No. 1 Vgv) In Order To Enable Farmers To Choose The Advisory Provider. As Many Awards Will Be Made According To The Placement After The Bid Evaluation Until The Bid Amounts Of The Awarded Bids Reach The Available Funding Amount Of Eur 5,849,200 In The Contract Period March 1, 2027 - June 30, 2029. The Offer That Was Last Awarded Will Therefore Probably Not Be Taken Into Account In Its Entirety, But Only To The Extent That The Available Funding Has Been Exhausted. The Maximum Possible Volume Of Funds Per Consulting Provider Over The Entire Contract Period Is Determined As Part Of The Procurement Process, With A Maximum Amount Of Up To Eur 300,000 Being Allocated Per Consulting Provider. This Amount May Be Exceeded In The Event Of A Subsequent Allocation Of Canceled Funds (See Below). In The Event That An Advisory Provider Does Not Need/Call Up Their Amount, Funds Will Be Withdrawn. The Funds Then Released Can Be Allocated To The Other Consulting Providers. Further Details Can Be Found In The Service Description - Funding Process (Part C). The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Initially Constitute A Claim To The Funds And Does Not Constitute The Granting Of A Grant. For This Purpose, A Separate Funding Application Must Be Submitted As Part Of The Grant Process And This Must Be Approved (See Also Service Description - Grant Process (Part C)).
