The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Provision Of Warranty/Maintenance, Service And Post-Implementation Care For Up To 2,000 Man-Hours Of The Simple.Erp System In The Scope Of Updating, Ongoing Maintenance And Development For The Warsaw School Of Economics. 2. The Detailed Scope, Conditions And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template), Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Attachment No. 1 (Basic Warranty Conditions/Maintenance Of Simple.Erp (Pwg)) And Annex No. 2 (Basic Terms And Conditions Of The Simple.Erp (Pws) Service) To The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Contracts For Additional Services Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Expansion Of Individual Functional Areas, Possible Modifications Or Improvements Of The Simple.Erp System, Requiring The Development Of Non-Standard Solutions, Going Beyond The Scope Of The Basic Contract, Resulting From Changes In Regulations And Internal Orders, Or Other Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Value Of Awarded Contracts May Not Exceed 40% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract.
