Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Green Maintenance, Municipality Of Cranendonck. The Agreement Consists Of The Maintenance Of All Public Green Areas Within The Built-Up Area And Along Arterial Roads Of The Municipality Of Cranendonck, Such As The Maintenance Of Plants, Trees, Grasses, Paving, Wadis, Waste Management, Tree Maintenance And Sweeping Of The Roads Including Weed Control In Public Spaces. A Separate Agreement Could Be Concluded For Each Type Of Work. This Could Result In An Agreement Being Concluded With Different Contractors. However, The Municipality Wants To Contract One Contractor So That It Has One Point Of Contact For Integrated Management, As Is Currently The Case. This Means That Municipal Policy Can Be Conducted Effectively And Simply. The Order Has Now Been Merged. If The Assignment Is Split By, For Example, A Plot Division, More Coordination Is Necessary. This Entails Additional Activities And Therefore More (Internal) Costs. If Coordination Is Not Optimal, This Can Lead To Delays And Therefore Additional Inconvenience For Stakeholders (For Example Residents). The Municipality Will Therefore Be Responsible For Planning And Coordinating The Implementation. Because The Above Is Not In The Interest Of The Municipality, The Contract Will Not Be Divided Into Lots. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Two Years And A Maximum Of Six Years. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is April 1, 2027.
