Occupational Clothing, Special Workwear And Accessories – Work Clothing (Occupational, Warning, Protective And Flameproof) And Work Shoes. Gävle Municipality Currently Has Two Separate Agreements Regarding Work Clothing (Occupational, Warning, Protective And Flame Retardant Clothing) And Work Shoes, Where A Total Of Four (4) Suppliers Are Accepted, Two (2) Suppliers Per Agreement. The Agreements Are Distributed As Follows: Agreement 1: Work Clothes For Diet, Housekeeping And Nursing Agreement 2: Occupational, Warning, Protective And Flame Retardant Work Clothes Before The Upcoming Procurement, The Municipality Of Gävle Has Chosen To Meet The Majority Of The Need For Work Clothes Within The Care And Social Care Activities Through A Separate Agreement For Rented Work Clothes. This Means That The Need To Buy Work Clothes For These Businesses Will Be Significantly Reduced. In Addition, The Previous Agreements Covered A Range Of Largely Equivalent Products. Against This Background, The Customer Considers That There Is No Longer A Need To Sign Agreements With Several Suppliers. Agreements Will Therefore Be Signed With One (1) Supplier. A Single Supplier Is Considered To Give The Businesses A Simpler Ordering Process, Reduce The Administrative Handling And Create Better Conditions For Effective Contract Management, Follow-Up And Development Of The Contract During The Contract Period.
